WHAT DOES THE DAY INVOLVE?

It’s a mixture of information, group discussion, Q&A, demonstrations and of course practical exercises, where you will get the chance to experience and deliver basic Hypnotic techniques with your fellow course attendees. You’ll also receive FREE gifts, including a booklet on how to find the right Hypnotherapy training course for you, and a Hypnotic Relaxation CD, worth £15.00.
