All our audio products are produced with professional recording equipment and ‘state of the art’ music editing and mixing software in our private recording studio. You can download your preferred self hypnosis therapy session immediately as an mp3 file, and transfer it to an appropriate mp3 player or iPod, or burn it to CD using your PC and appropriate software. In our experience, the majority of customers prefer this method of instant access.

We also offer a ‘personalised’ self hypnosis mp3 download, which is the next best thing to having one to one therapy. You’ll find a link to complete a form where we gather as much information as required (confidentiality is guaranteed with this information), to produce a ‘tailor made’ therapy session, specifically designed to match your personal needs. Due to the individual attention given to producing this mp3 just for you, you can’t download it immediately so there is a 7 day waiting time, but the wait will be worth it!
